National Bat Day

Today is National Bat Day – here at Cardigan Castle we currently have at least seven rare Great Horseshoe Bats who roost in the Castle’s Cellars. There is a camera fixed in the space so you may be able to see them on the monitor in the Castle’s kitchen. Unfortunately in order to protect and respect the Bats, it’s not possible to enter the space; however you may be lucky and see one.
