Cardigan Castle is a site steeped in 900 years of history.

Much of its former buildings have been lost over the centuries – but a few echoes remain.
Photographer Louise Noakes has sought out the ‘Hidden Histories’ of Cardigan Castle – features that visitors to the site do not normally see.

The exhibition has been funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
