Ar 14eg Hydref 2023 mae gwirfoddolwyr Ystafell Ymchwil Castell Aberteifi yn agor yr arddangosfa gyntaf iddyn nhw gynhyrchu – Hanes Stryd Fawr Aberteifi. Bydd yn arddangosfa yn cynnwys dros 80 o ffotograffau adeiladau a busnesau’r Stryd Fawr dros y ganrif ddiwethaf. Bydd yr arddangosfa ar gael yn Ystafell y Twr nes Mis Ionawr 2024.

I ddathlu agoriad yr arddangosfa mi fydd Glen Johnson yn darparu darlith ar hanes y stryd fawr o’r oesoedd canol lan i’r Dydd presennol am 11yb a 1yp.

Myndediad wedi cynnwys efo tocyn mynediad arferol. Mynediad am ddim i aelodau blynyddol neu gyda thocyn 12 mis mewn dyddiad.

On Saturday the 14th of October the volunteers of the Cardigan Castle Research Room will open the first exhibition they have produced – a History of Cardigan High Street. The exhibition will include ove 80 photographs of the buildings and businesses of Cardigan’s High Street over the last century and beyond. The exhibition will then be available in the Tower Room until January 2024.

To mark the opening of the exhibition a talk on the history of the High Street from the middle ages to the present day will be provided by Glen Johnson at 11am and 1pm on the Saturday the 14 in the Tower Room.

Entry included with a standard admission ticket. Free entry for annual members and those with a valid 12 month entry ticket.
