ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of YCA Cadwgan BPT will be held at the Tower Room, Cardigan Castle, Cardigan SA43 1JA on Wednesday 25 October 2017 at 6pm. The Business of the AGM will be as follows
Welcome by the Chairman and apologies for absence.

1. To approve the minutes of the AGM held on 8 December 2016.
2. To report on the Trust’s activities during the year and to approve the Trustees Report and Accounts for the year to March 2017 as tabled.
3. To elect or re-elect Trustees. The Trustee retiring by rotation is Non Davies, who offers herself for re-election. Bryce Barrett was appointed since the last AGM and offers himself for re-election.
(3.1) To re-elect Non Davies as a trustee.
(3.2) To re-elect Bryce Barrett as a trustee.

4. To approve the re-appointment of Ashmole & Co as auditors.
5. Any other business at the discretion of the chairman.

Notes
A. From Thursday 19 October 2017 the Trustees Report and Accounts of YCA Cadwgan BPT will be available for inspection on the Company Website and at Cardigan Castle, Cardigan SA43 1JA during normal open hours.
B. Members of the Trust at the date of the date of the first Notice of the Meeting (27 September 2017) are entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting or are entitled to appoint another person as their proxy to exercise all or any of their rights to attend and to speak and to vote at the Annual General Meeting. A proxy need not be a member of the Trust. A form of proxy is available from the Cardigan Castle office. The appointment will not prevent a member from subsequently attending and voting at the meeting in person. The deadline for the return of proxy forms is noon on Tuesday 24 October 2017.
C. Any Member of the Trust at the date of this notice may be nominated as a candidate for election as a Trustee. Nomination forms are available from the Cardigan Castle office during open hours. Each nomination must be proposed and seconded by other Members of the Trust at the date of this notice and acceptance of this nomination must be confirmed by the nominee. All nominees should be aware of the duties and responsibilities of Charity Trustees (further information is available from the Cardigan Castle office). Trustees receive no remuneration and in order to maximise funds for the Objects of the Trust, expenses are not normally reimbursed. Nomination forms must be returned to the Cardigan Castle office by noon on Monday 9 October 2017
