Prose and paintings
Aneurin Jones is one of the foremost artists in Ceredigion.
He is renowned for his depictions of traditional West Wales farming life and traditions. A selection of his works now on show in the tower room formed part of a project commissioned for the recent Gwyl y Cynhaeaf (Harvest Festival) held at the castle.
As part of the project local author Caryl Lewis was asked to write pieces of prose to accompany the Aneurin Jones artwork. As you view the pictures you can listen to Caryl’s work by accessing Radio Beca’s website http://www.radiobeca.cymru/index.php/byw-yn-y-wlad/
